By downloading, installing, or using Stella, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the software. You must be at least 16 years old to use Stella. If you are using Stella on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Stella offers a free plan and paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to update pricing with at least 30 days notice. If you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

You agree to use Stella only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to capture or share content that infringes on the rights of others, attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the software, transmit malware or spam, or resell access to the service without written permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Stella and all associated software, trademarks, and content remain the property of Stella and its licensors. Content you create using Stella is your own. By enabling cloud features, you grant Stella a limited license to store and serve that content solely to provide the service.

Stella is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stella shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. We may update these Terms at any time and will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of Stella after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact us at hello@stellaapp.com.
